These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and xr786 ("xr786," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the xr786 online sportsbook and casino platform, including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, features, tools, games, and services (collectively referred to as "the Platform").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and updated at all times.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your xr786 account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions processed, all communications sent through the Platform, and all actions taken using your login credentials.

• You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. xr786 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must notify xr786 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You must not allow any other person to use your xr786 account, whether or not that person is also a registered user of the Platform.

xr786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion if it reasonably believes that the security of your account has been compromised, that the account is being operated in violation of these Terms, or that continued access to the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on xr786 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xr786 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cash deposit via supported channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at xr786's discretion.

• All deposit and withdrawal methods used on xr786 must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your xr786 account.
• xr786 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which xr786 bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day.
• xr786 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard requirement under our licensing obligations and is not indicative of any investigation or concern.

• Declared Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino games represent long-term theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

xr786 is not responsible for any technical issues — including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the user's side — that result in an interrupted or incomplete bet or game session. Where game history records are incomplete due to a technical fault on xr786's side, xr786 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs and resolve the matter fairly.

xr786 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on xr786, you agree to the specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• All bonuses are credited in PKR directly to your xr786 wallet.
• Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement, which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed for each offer before you claim it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xr786 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; provision of false identity documentation; or any form of financial fraud directed at xr786 or other users.
• Money Laundering: Using xr786 as a vehicle to deposit, move, or withdraw funds with the intention of concealing their illegal origin. xr786 maintains full AML compliance under our licensing requirements and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or sports betting market on the Platform.
• Automated Betting Software: Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been wagered or withdrawn. xr786 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue legal remedies.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the xr786 Platform, its games, or its backend systems in any way.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

xr786's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
